- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp butter (softened)
- 1 cup milk
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well with a fork.
- Drop dumplings into hot soup or stew by rounded tablespoons.
- Simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes.
