- 3 oz semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 5.5 oz unsalted butter, 68°-72°
- 1 oz mayo
- 8 oz powdered sugar
- pinch of kosher salt
Melt chocolate and cool ten minutes. In small bowl, beat butter and mayo on high 3-4 min. Add chocolate, combine. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and salt, then beat on high 2-3 min.
