- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1/4 c butter
- 2 1/2 T honey
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/8 t ground ginger
- Fresh dill, chopped
Steam carrots.
Melt butter in skillet. Stir in honey, lemon juice, ginger and dill. Add carrots; stir to coat. Cook 2-3 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
