Kabob Marinade

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 c red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c olive oil

Remember:

  • Start with very, very clean grill grates.
  • Heat should be medium-high—at least in the beginning—so you get a good sear.
  • Flip kabobs every couple of minutes until they are cooked through (12+ min), then rest on plate covered with foil for at least a couple of minutes.
