- 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano or Romano cheese
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 450º F.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Roll mixture into 1-ounce (30 grams) balls and space equally on a nonstick baking sheet.
- Bake until internal temperature reaches 165° (about 12 minutes).
