- 180 g flour (1 1/2 cups)
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 10 oz milk (1 1/4 cups)
- 1 egg
- 42 g butter, melted (3 tbsp)
- Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in small bowl.
- Dump wet ingredients into bowl with dry ingredients and mix gently, only until mostly smooth.
Yield: 4 pancakes
