Pancakes

  • 180 g flour (1 1/2 cups)
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 10 oz milk (1 1/4 cups)
  • 1 egg
  • 42 g butter, melted (3 tbsp)
  1. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Combine wet ingredients in small bowl.
  3. Dump wet ingredients into bowl with dry ingredients and mix gently, only until mostly smooth.

Yield: 4 pancakes
