- 1 1/4 c flour (150 g)
- 2 T sugar (25 g)
- 2 t baking powder (8 g)
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t ground ginger
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t nutmeg
- a pinch of ground cloves
- 1 cup milk
- 6 T pumpkin puree
- 2 T melted butter
- 1 egg
Combine wet and dry ingredients separately, then fold together. Serves two.
Note for next time: Try to increase pumpkin flavor
