Pumpkin Pancakes

  • 1 1/4 c flour (150 g)
  • 2 T sugar (25 g)
  • 2 t baking powder (8 g)
  • 1/2 t  cinnamon
  • 1/2 t ground ginger
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/8 t nutmeg
  • a pinch of ground cloves
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 T pumpkin puree
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 1 egg

Combine wet and dry ingredients separately, then fold together. Serves two.

Note for next time: Try to increase pumpkin flavor
